Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Your booking must include all setup and wrap time — please factor this into your hire duration.
Minimum hire duration is 2 hours.
Natural Light Studio operates on a non-exclusive basis. You hire the space for your specified times but other bookings may occur simultaneously on different floors or at different times. For exclusive sole-use hire of both floors contact us directly.
Multi-session discounts are available — contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before your shoot date.
After that point bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances such as emergencies, maintenance or unforeseen events. In such cases we will offer a full reschedule or refund.

Use of the Space

The studio may only be used for the purpose agreed at the time of booking.
Do not exceed the agreed crew numbers.
Do not cover fire alarms or obstruct emergency exits.
Nothing may be attached to walls, floors or ceilings without prior written agreement.
Painting, set building or structural alterations require prior written approval.
All lights and electrical equipment must be switched off before leaving.
The space must be left clean and clear of all equipment, props and waste.

Equipment & Furniture

Furniture may be repositioned for your shoot but must be returned to its original layout before leaving.
Plants, fixed installations and permanent fixtures must not be moved or removed.
Any specialist equipment brought on-site is the sole responsibility of the hiring party.

Production Insurance

All professional shoots must be covered by valid public liability insurance of at least £2 million.
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to your shoot date.
Natural Light Studio accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to crew, talent or equipment during hire.

Damage & Liability

The hiring party is fully liable for any damage to the studio, fixtures, fittings or equipment caused during their hire period.

Damage will be assessed and invoiced at full replacement or repair cost.
Please report any pre-existing damage immediately upon arrival.

Noise

Natural Light Studio is located within a working industrial estate. Please be considerate of neighbouring businesses particularly outside standard working hours.
Sound equipment must be contained within the studio at all times.

Waste

Please use the recycling and general waste bins provided.
Remove all production waste, props, packaging and food from the premises.
Additional cleaning required beyond normal use will be invoiced at cost.

Fire & Emergency

In the event of a fire:

Evacuate all crew and talent immediately
Cross the street and call 999
State clearly: "Fire at 4 Hoy Street, Canning Town, London E16 1ZA"
Use fire extinguishers only if it is safe to do so

Right to Refuse

Natural Light Studio reserves the right to decline bookings not suited to the space or its intended use. You will be notified within 72 hours of enquiry if this applies.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
